Bring a friend with you, and when you both sign up as an active weight loss patient, we will reward each of you with a $50 credit for any service we offer! Each of you must sign up and be an active weight loss patient for at least 60 days. The $50 will be credited to your accounts as $25 the first month and $25 the second month.
